Registration is not a guarantee
Submitting the registration form records your interest in Kumasi Journey 2026. It does not guarantee you a place. White Outreach Movement reviews registrations and selects participants based on the information provided and available capacity. We'll notify selected participants directly by SMS.
Accuracy of information
By registering, you confirm the information you provide — including your contact details and emergency contact — is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate contact information may prevent us from reaching you if you're selected.
One registration per person
Please submit only one registration. Our system automatically checks for duplicate phone numbers and email addresses; a second registration attempt using the same details will be rejected. If you need to change something you submitted, contact us directly rather than registering again.
Confirming your spot
If selected, you'll receive an SMS with a private link to confirm or decline your spot. That decision is final once submitted — contact us directly if you make a mistake. Confirmed participants receive a check-in QR code for the day of the journey.
Changes or cancellation
White Outreach Movement may need to adjust journey details — dates, meeting points, or capacity — and will communicate any material changes to confirmed participants as early as possible.
